MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day-to-day work at Athans Building Services, guiding window installation projects in Beaumaris from the first site discussion through to completion. He helps shape a clear plan for each job, keeps the work moving in the right order and stays involved as the details take form.
He approaches each installation with a practical eye, checking how the window opening, frame and surrounding finishes need to come together. Miltiadis sets expectations before work begins, coordinates each stage and addresses questions as they arise, giving the team clear direction and keeping decisions focused on the job.
Customers can speak directly with Miltiadis and know he’s overseeing the work as it progresses. He makes time to explain what’s happening, listens when customers raise a question and keeps them up to date on the next steps. That hands-on approach helps make the process clear and comfortable from start to finish.
