MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, guiding projects from the first conversation through to the final checks. As part of the father and son team, he helps shape how each job is organised and keeps the work focused on what the household needs.
He sets a clear direction for the work, breaking the job into practical stages and keeping an eye on how each part comes together. Miltiadis stays involved as the project progresses, checking the details and making adjustments where needed so the finished space suits the brief.
Customers in Clayton South have a direct point of contact in Miltiadis as work takes shape. He makes time to talk through what is happening, hear any questions and explain the next steps. That steady involvement helps customers feel informed and know who to speak with throughout their project.
