MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, helping shape each project from the first conversation through to completion. For laundry renovations in Hampton, he keeps the practical needs of the household in view, so the finished space supports everyday routines and makes use of available room.
He guides each job with a clear plan, checking how cabinetry, storage and appliance spaces fit together before work gets underway. Miltiadis stays involved as the project progresses, keeping decisions grounded in the home’s layout and making sure each stage is approached with care and a considered eye.
Customers can expect Miltiadis to be accessible throughout the process and to explain what’s happening in straightforward terms. He makes time to listen when priorities change, follows up on the details that matter to the household, and stays focused on leaving the laundry ready to work well for its owners.
