MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, guiding each job from the first conversation through to completion. He stays involved in decisions and keeps the work moving, helping Bentleigh homeowners shape their laundry renovation around the way they use the space.
For laundry renovations, Miltiadis looks at how the layout, storage and finishes fit together. He guides the carpentry work, keeps the agreed plans in view and pays attention to how the new space will accommodate sinks, washing machines and dryers. His practical approach helps keep each stage on track.
Customers dealing with Miltiadis can expect clear updates and a direct point of contact throughout the job. He listens to what matters to them, answers questions as they come up and checks that the completed work matches the agreed plans. This helps customers feel informed and supported along the way.
