MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day-to-day work at Athans Building Services, keeping each project moving and making sure the details are considered along the way. For kitchen renovations in Brighton East, he guides the carpentry work around the home and how the space needs to function.
He takes a practical approach to planning layouts, cabinetry and finishing work, checking how each part fits together before the job progresses. Miltiadis stays involved as work unfolds, coordinating the carpentry stages and preparing the space for other trades where needed, so the next steps are clear.
Customers deal directly with a leader who listens to what they need and keeps them updated as decisions and work progress. Miltiadis makes time to explain carpentry details, answer questions and check the finished work, helping customers feel informed about what’s happening in their Brighton East home.
